Artist creates statue of child in quarantine
[Việt Nam News] In late May, photographs of quarantined children in Dien Bien Province wearing oversized protective suits evoked many emotions among Facebook users. Now they have inspired a Hanoi-based artist to craft a statue in a project to contribute to the COVID-19 fund. Named “The Dien Bien Kid”, the statue is small in size but offers huge encouragement in time of need.
